  3. The ability to behave with integrity at all times.

  • Refuses to do something that is against his values
  • Wants to maximise value
  • Embraces new challenges that work brings
  • Is comfortable dealing with things he was not trained for

  • Effectiveness, not efficiency
  • Believes that work is a blessing & almost all the time is therapeutic.

The Unprofessional

  • Missing a deadline
  • Failing to be forthright
  • Withholding information
  • Not respecting privacy of information
  • Not respecting “Need to know”
  • Plagiarising
  • Passing the blame
  • Frequently changing jobs
  • Overstating qualifications & experience
  • Not taking care of your appearance.
